We constantly strive to improve ourselves in order to give our customers a good reason to have a long-term relationship with us. Therefore, we always make sure to go through a number of steps before and during each mission.

  • For each assignment, a clear purpose and objectives are formulated that are approved by the customer and then evaluated continuously
  • We devote time and resources to ensure that all commitment can be implemented with good results

In everything we do, we strive to make our customers better. It's ultimately about improving your performance. We start from the Performance Platform® in all our assignments because it helps us prioritize right when selecting activities to increase the performance of individuals and groups. The goal management concept® Expand

Management by objectives is our overall approach to ensure that we do the right things and deliver on our own and our various stakeholders' expectations. Well thought out and implemented goal management helps to take advantage of all the skills, potential and personal driving forces in the organization. It also helps to create increased customer focus and channel innovation capacity into the most priority areas. The approach should contribute to the construction of even more successful groups and teams in line with our values and create greater clarity about how each area of responsibility contributes to the common outcome.

Management by objectives can be applied wherever planning takes place. It can be group management who makes a business plan, the project team that makes its project plan, or a group that creates a comprehensive plan for their department. It can also be planning very concrete activities such as market events, conferences and different types of meetings.

The four-fielder® Expand

The four-fielder is an effective tool for creating learning and understanding of how likely we are to achieve the goals and which issues should be prioritized. The main recipient is the person(s) who creates it. Call it "structured reflection"

It contains four different parts; Indicators, Bs & Cs (Benefits & Concerns) and Next steps and a final estimate expressed through colors/traffic lights. The progress report should be used regularly and at least monthly. It can be used for internal follow-up to clarify how we are and for reporting to others, e.g. in the management team.
